WHO WE ARE
Homemade was established in 2016 to provide social housing to rent predominantly in the South West of England. We recognised that there was a significant shortfall in the provision of social housing and wanted to do something to help address this problem. We develop and build accommodation specifically for this purpose, both through conversions, renovations, and new developments on brownfield sites.
We aim to offer affordable and well-maintained housing to support people of all ages and circumstance. We are a private limited company, based in North Devon.
Home: Who We Are
We work with in partnership with charities, local community support groups and local authorities mainly in North Devon and Bristol. We have housed and helped to resettle a number of vulnerable families and individuals, including Syrian families into communities through our partnership with Bristol City Council and the UK Home Office Vulnerable Persons Resettlement Scheme (VPRS). In addition to this, we also help to house others who are at risk of homelessness in these communities.
